We have agreed that we will not accept the match The ping was too high and impossible to play on. Several times some of us got the msg: “Warning Connection problems” I asked the opponent for a server change – but they called us whiners and laugh of us. I didn’t told my members to leave the server at once, because I couldn’t remember the rules about that – so we played the match.
I took some screenshots to prove my unhappiness. I ask for a rematch, on another server – so it can be a fair game.

First of all: The pings were nearly the same for both clans. There was a litlle diferents maybe, but it is normal when you are playing on a serwer in other country. Secound: You didn's ask about serwer change, just tell once that your ping is bad or something, but my teammates had that ping too. Ping 100-150 like on your screenshot is very playable. But most important is that what we can read in ClanBase Rules:
"Once a match has started, its result counts, unless both sides agree it shouldn't. Ping or lag issues are no excuse for leaving; you should have checked the server before you started playing. If you feel there's a good reason the match shouldn't count (e.g. a drastic increase in lag after the match had started), you'll have to convince your opponent of that, as for ClanBase a match that has started always counts"
That means that you have to accept the score. You play all the match. You should to ask for end of game or something but You didn't so we play all match. Your words "because I couldn’t remember the rules about that" seams funny. I understand that U can don't remeber it, but we lost time for this match and we can lost points and time just becouse that you don't know the rules. Wehad also screenshots shows that the pings were the same.
Also no one was laugt at you, it's silly. You have a lot time to check pings.
But it is not important, important is that you play all match, only thats counts.
