There are several factors to this ban. Please read carefully.
PsB uses only the guid to ban. Aliases and IP's are not normally used to identify someone as they are unreliable.
Second is that this guid has been used by two people. One in the US and one in Poland. This indicates that the cd-key has been stolen or shared. If you are the original owner of the cd-key then you have shared it or your computer has had malicious software on it that has allowed someone to gain access and steal your cd-key.
Either way PsB cannot allow a cd-key/guid used in cheating to continue and the ban will be upheld. I suggest you secure your computer or discover how your cd-key was given to someone. This is a valid ban and PsB will not remove it.
Niestety to dla mnie wszystko wyjasnialo... moj cd-key kupilem na Allegro za bardzo niska cene, a sprzedawca obiecal ze dosle plytki z gra, tylko musi je skadstam przywiezc... tak sie nigdy nie stalo - sama gre musialem skopiowac od kuzyna.
Po wymianie kilku maili, dowiedzialem sie jak dziala system pbusted... w momencie kiedy nie maja pelnych informacji system sprawdza (nie wiem gdzie?) dany guid i wypisuje wszyskie nicki po kolei... w tym przypadku ten gostek ze Stanow mial nicka "hayduke". Na prosbe usuniecia mnie z listy:

PsB cannot control people out there that don't or do take the time to verify who owns a ban or who is telling a story. In your case we do have two persons using that guid. This is not uncommon and is no surprise.
You don't own your Aliase, nor your IP. It's up to you to explain to these people. As I said before. PB bans by Guid as it is linked to the cd-key directly. The rest of our records have other uses.
Now as to your demands to remove your name and IP. This will not happen. PsB never alters it's records. We have simply banned a guid as per our stated

To wszystko co mam do powiedzenia na ten temat. Nic wiecej nie wiem. Jako ze sam nie lubie hackerow doskonale rozumiem, ze to nic nie zmienia i ze jedyna opcja w tym momencie jest zaprzestanie grania, wiec dziekuje wszystkim za mile spedzony czas. Dziekuje rowniez tym, ktorzy mi wierza (oni wiedza o kim mowa).
