Mam teraz problem z zaktualizowaniem gry, jako, że ludzie na forum mi nie umieli pomóc to napisałem do EA Support i jako, że mi się to wydaje śmieszne to pomyślałem, że wkleję rozmowę z jednym z pracowników.

Hello

Recently I had to format my hard drive and after instaling operating system, drivers etc. I instaled Battlefield 2124 Deluxe Edition. Everything was fine, then I wanted to uptade it. Ive downloaded patch 1.5 from official website and at random percentage of update error pops up "Update unsucesfull". I re instaled the game, and same thing happened. I formated my HDD again, changed DVD rom and I changed RAM. Again same thing, when i instaled the game on my friend laptop it worked. So i copied the game and pasted it on my pc. When i did it i had "Memory doesnt seem sane" so I re instaled the game and I tried downloading patch from different website. Ofcourse same thing happened. When I gave up I opened the game. Version is 1.4, I logged in, selected soldier and it detected 82 servers. I scrolled them and I've noticed servers I was playing on before formating my hdd. With disbelief i pressed join game, and message poped up that my version of game was changed and i need proper one.

Ps. Sorry for my gramma and spelling mistakes english is not my first language. I hope that it is understandable what i wrote and you guys/girls will figure out what should i do

I apologise for the inconvenience caused to you. In order to resolve this issue I would request you to manually uninstall and reinstall the game again with latest patch available. In order to manually uninstall, please visit the link given below:

Dear Kaine

Im very gratefull for responding that fast, but Im not sure if you read my message and paid attention. If you would read it you would noticed that I wrote "so I re instaled the game". I understand that you might have a bad day or something like that. However re installing the game didn't resolve anything, and please don't give me links "how to uninstall" and "how to download patch", please don't take me for a some one who doesn't know how to do it. I expected that when I wrote that I changed hardware, installied operating system and software you wouldn't give me links to something like that. My english and this game (at this moment) is the problem. I wouldn't write to you if I could do it all by my self or find answer to it by using search engine. While I was writing this message and idea came to me, I will try to downlad the game and install it from hard drive not from DVD-ROM. So thanks for your massive efforts to help me, I will replay again with and up date. Maybe you will have an answer if next person will have same problem.

Nie chcę cię martwić ale korespondujesz z automatem :) W następnym mailu zaproponują ci najnowsze sterowniki do karty graficznej.
