Na pokazie byłem a filmik też zassałem, będzie super pamiatką dla przyszłych pokoleń. Co do jego publikacji to uważam że jest jak najbardziej na miejscu. Nie miało być recenzji z gry a to jest tylko sucha relacja na żywca z pokazu.
Idąc tym tropem powinno sie pozamykac wszystkie topiki z wrażeniami ze spotkania i kontaktu z gra bo to przeciesz są nasze recenzje i to w internecie.
Spokojnie nie badzmy śmieszni i nie róbmy afery z niczego. Partton spokojnie nie ma co się przejmować. Po to jest pokaz żeby podzielić sie swoimi wrażeniami - tymi elektronicznymi też.

heh, u mnie "gora" tez sie odezwala... obciazylem siec w 100% publikujac zdjecia i 2 filmiki ;] ale przenisione juz wiec problem z glowy...

Filerush has an hour long video of the June 4th launch party in Warsaw. It's available as a torrent only, and the commentary isn't that informative unless you speak Polish. Luckily for all of you, I do, and I've transcribed parts of the video for your enjoyment.

First couple minutes are introductions. The host mentions the strong community that the game has. He introduces two Polish Special Forces soldiers that they've invited, who are going to give a real world perspective on the game. The other host asks that people not write reviews about what they see today, only previews, as things may still change. [JF: This points to a patch on release]

Fast forward to 7:27. Short intro by Sergio Salvador[spelling?], the Battlefield Product Manager [in english]. He says that BF2 is the true succesor to BF1942. Also, that they've tried to implement as many fan requested features as they could. [JF: Notice the tanks going in the water and not magically dieing! Woo]

Fast forward to 11:21. It's a video that we've already seen (assault on the refinery with the artillary at the end).

Fast forward to 14:12. The fun starts here. If you're looking for lots of gameplay footage, start here. The Eastern Forces are trying to take back a beach controlled by the Americans.

Times in [brackets] I'll use as timestamps so you guys can follow the commentary that goes with the action. My own notes are denoted by [JF: ]
[15:15] Capping a flag works like in the older BF games, and you can see the old flag go down, and the new flag go up.
[15:30] In reaction to the attack, we see a counterattack from this aircraft carrier.
[15:45] The first wave is infantry, getting to shore in inflatable boats.
[16:00] There are 6 people on them right now.
[16:44] While they're attacking, let's see what's happening on the aircraft carrier
[17:00] The infantry didn't do so well, so let's send in some reinforcements
[17:25] The helos goal will be to land infantry on the highrise in the city.
[17:30] The battle on the beach continues below
[18:00] The goal of the infantry on the building is to go down to the pool and take the flag.[JF: we see the same old parachute jumping here]
[18:15] We just saw a plane come after a request for air support
[19:00] What we're seeing is a result of artillary called by the commander
[19:25] We see a wounded soldier, waiting for a medic that never comes [JF: That's familiar too, isn't it?]
[19:35] We see another wounded soldier, without a leg... I think.
[19:50] The flag is still being controlled by Eastern forces
[20:07] Knnnnnife kill [JF: hear the chearing in the background]
[20:28] Again we're seeing artillary [JF: so soon? It's only been a minute and a half]
[20:41] We see someone didn't surive the attack and left a loaf of bread [JF: no idea]
[21:14] As we see, you can hide anywhere [JF: we also see some healing going on. More on that later]
[22:02] Nice AA rocket kill on a helo
[22:15] We see the effectiveness of laying prone
[22:21] We also see how effective artillery is.
[24:41] (I think this is one of the Army guys) I have to say, speaking in terms younger people would use, that this game is cool.
[25:16] How close would you say this game is to real life?
[25:22] If we're talking about graphics, vehicles and loadout, I'm amazed
how closely it follows reality. What's missing is the skill of the players, maybe because on the big screen we saw only individual soldiers and not the big pictures. If it comes to that element, we should consolidate the soldiers into groups to be more effective.
[26:25] I feel that the game lacks a certain practicality. Everyone is running around, I saw a tank run over his own guys, the commander is basically saying, go from A to B.
[28:00]More gameplay here. The Eastern forces control the entire city on this next map, both residential and industrial sections. The Western side will try to "free" this city. This will present some urban fighting.
[28:48] Pay attention to the ground units here, since there is no airpower on this map.
[29:01] We'll be showing you the capabilities of armour.
[29:40] We're seeing artillary again. [JF: Those baricades had better not be invincible]
[30:03] In contrast with other parts of the game, there's no [something]. You have to aim accuratly to hit the tank. If you only hit near it, then nothing will happen to the tank. This is a big change from the older versions.
[30:40] What we see in the distance are the points that the Americans have to capture, along with the distance to them.
[31:50] We see here a medic that brings back wounded soldiers.
[32:00] Medics can also heal themselves
[32:08] If a medic is in a vehicle, he automatically heals everyone riding along without having to do it explicitly. [JF: Notice the little cross icons on the helo that takes off the aircraft carrier at the beginning]
[32:23] Same thing goes for the engineer, who doesn't have to do anything to repair, if he finds himself close to a vehicle.
[32:45] If someone is wounded enough, they issue a medic command and cry for help. Any medics nearby not only see the wounded soldier, but also hear them.
[32:58] We see that the enemy forces haven't hid themselves very well.
[33:48] We also see very friendly plants
[34:00] We can clearly see the situation in the town. There are 5 Eastern flag, and 1 American. The attack isn't going so well.

[34:22] The commander is driving the tank [JF: Hmm, so commanders actually keep playing the map, not just top down]
[35:00] We don't really see the sky in this map, it's mostly grey. This is from fog, smoke, dirt.
[36:11] We see lots of hiding spots in the city where you can reload
[36:42] We see airborne reinforcement off in the distance. That's also called by the commander.
[37:15] Ragdoll physics
[37:33] I'd just like to remind you, that this build that we're showing you isn't the final build. I'm sure the final will fix many many things.
[38:20] In contrast with the older games, we can't enter the buildings.
[39:10] If you look closely at the ground, you'll see little red Xs. These are friendly mines.
[40:00] We see things aren't changing much. 3 people are still defending the point.
[41:00] In comparison with the older games, this one is more dynamic. Those were fast, but this one's decidely more so.
[42:00] Unfortunatly, you can always finish off wounded soldiers.
[42:35] Since the American attack isn't going so well, I guess we'll show you a completely different map.
[43:15] Now I'll be playing as the commander on this map
[43:45] You can hear game hints for new players
[44:00] You can see my energy/stamina bar in the bottom left
[44:25] We'll try to get to where we're going using this handy boat
[45:08] You see that we die often.. at the hands of our own commander.
[45:32] We see a very wooded map
[45:58] Since this is a really big map, sometimes you might not see someone for a while. I hope we'll find someone to shoot soon.
[46:48] Now I'll show you something new, we can pick teams while the game is going on. Each team can divide itself into squads which we can tailor to our needs. You can see the available teams on the screen, which you can easily get to, only a couple mouseclicks.
[47:24] We just joined a group, and can see who's in it.
[47:35] The game offers Teamspeak features, so we can talk to our teammates, and limits our voice to our group. You can see your groupmates as green dots on the minimap
[48:08] What you'll see in a sec, is a shortcut for what you can do with your group.
[48:19] It looks like this. These are the commands we can use [JF: They look like radio commands, like Follow Me!, etc]. They're basic commands for the functioning of a group.
[49:08] Oh hey, I survived!
[49:30] We're trying to get close to the flag occupied by the Chinese
[49:50] The standard respawn is 15 seconds.
[50:00] Let's try again
[50:34] I can't get through that bamboo, let's try the other side
[50:45] What we just heard/say was an effect of being deafened triggers by a nearby explosion.
[51:42] I want to show you the commander options, but there's already one on the team, so a vote is started.
[52:02] A vote ends, by default, after 2 minutes or after most people have voted. I ask my teammates to vote down the current commander.
[52:45] I lost the vote, so let's try again. Ah, the game won't let me. So let's restart the server. Wait, the current commander just resigned, so let's try again.
[53:25] We can use stationary guns, and I've been accepted as the commander.
[53:53] Now we see the commander screen. On the left are 4 main options. [JF: I didn't make out what all the options were since the audio quality isn't fantastic. I guess it'll have to be a surprise]
[54:35] As we can see, the commander can die.
[53:52] Let's try to hit the enemy with some artillary. First I pick artillary then a target. The red pulsating circle is where the artillary will land, and our teammates see it as well on the minimap, so that they don't go over there and die.
[56:00] From what I understand, the game remembers our stats and also gives out points and ranks. Each rank unlocks more weapons.
[56:35] Here's the antitank weapon, but there's no tanks around.
[56:50] Let's see how it works. Please don't move.
[57:50] We thank everyone, I think that's about it.

[59:00] A couple comments. In the first part, I was the commander. Later, there was a vote. You can vote out a crappy commander. Unfortunatly, while I was the commander, an enemy commando with explosive charges started to destory buildings that the commander needs to function. He destoryed the artillary and radar, and the special vehicle that the commander uses to send commands. I tried to repair them, but I got kicked out by the new commander.

Hehz, na totalu pisza ze na 3 mapie gralem beznadziejnie i szkoda ogladac ostatnie 15 minut ;) akurat wtedy pokazywalem rozne rzeczy oczami gracza wiec wypraszam sobie :P normalnie gram lepiej :wink:

wlasnie kurcze co im do tego jak grales - powinni dziekowac ze zobaczyli jak wyglada BF 2 :)
die_hard- mnie to bardziej smieszy niz dziwi bo rzadko zdarza sie zeby jakis Polski filmik a raczej teksty o grze zostaly przetlumaczone no i przede wszystkim ja np. wole sobie poczekac na gre do wydania demka niz robic takie zamieszanie i zadawac tyle pytan na forum ( chodzi mi oczywiscie o te zagraniczne fora dotyczace BF2)...ale moze po prostu sie myle...
