out upcoming bug fixes on the PTE over the Easter weekend

Listen up Soldiers!

Over the Easter weekend we are offering you the chance to catch a glimpse of an upcoming update on the PTE (Public Test Environment).

What is the PTE?

PTE stands for Public Test Environment.
This is a place for anyone to go and try out new features, content, and bug fixes that we add to it in order for us to do several things. This includes getting feedback from you before releasing content into the game, making sure the bugs we have fixed are actually fixed, and also letting you stress the new builds to make sure they are stable, all before adding them to the full version of the game.

"What's in it for me?" you ask?
Well, you get a sneak peek at new content and get to try it out before it makes its way to a full on release, and you get to participate in shaping the content based on your feedback. Pretty cool right?

All you have to do to start playing on the PTE if you haven't already is:

Navigate to: http://pte.battlefield.play4free.com/en/
Register a new account (This is separate from the normal version of Battlefield Play4Free)
Log on and hit the "Play Now!" Button. (You will need to download a different, PTE version of the game)
Check out the new features, content and/or bug fixes and give us your feedback on the forums.



Furthermore, the PTE is where we test our upcoming features and releases.
